How much does it cost for a venue?
The account is free and sign-up is open. You only pay when a collab is signed: the details are on the Pricing page.
And for creators?
Nothing. It is free, with no commission on your earnings, and it will stay that way.
Do I have to pay creators in cash?
Not necessarily. Many collabs work as in-kind exchanges: nights, meals, experiences. You define your offer; some creators ask for a cash top-up, others don’t.
Who owns the rights to the content?
That is exactly what the contract template defines: each collab specifies the authorised uses (social media, website, ads) and how long they last. No more grey areas.
How does the nights-for-videos exchange work?
You offer a stay, the creator delivers an agreed number of videos your venue can use. The contract sets the deliverables, the deadline and the usage rights; if a cash top-up is agreed, it is held in escrow and released on delivery.
What is UGC, exactly?
Authentic-looking content shot by creators, for use on your own channels: social media, website, listings. It is not influencer marketing: you are not buying the creator’s audience, you receive videos with usage rights in writing.
