How it works.

What does the subscription cover?

Discovery, matching and workflow tools for your organisation. It does not promise a number of responses or completed collaborations.

What if the creator only receives a stay?

You can agree on a stay with no additional cash payment. Consideration in kind still needs to be documented and declared under the rules applicable to each party.

Who invoices and pays the creator?

The creator sends their own documents to the venue. You agree on payment method and timing in the agreement. Séjournée does not collect this money.

How do I cancel?

The owner manages the subscription from their account and can cancel at the end of the paid period. Existing files and conversations remain accessible.

Is content guaranteed?

No. Agreements, previews and tracking document commitments without guaranteeing performance. Rights and final files are released under the agreed conditions.

Does the creator pay any fees?

No. Creator access is free. The venue pays for the subscription.
